From an early age, I felt a calling to help others live healthier, more fulfilling lives. That passion became the driving force behind my career and personal mission.
My journey began in healthcare and nutrition working as a Registered Dietitian, helping people improve their health through evidence-based strategies.
Over time, I realized that true well-being goes beyond nutrition alone. It’s about caring for the whole person. This realization led me to expand my work, blending the science of nutrition with mindfulness, sustainable lifestyle practices, and the mind-body connection.
Today, I bring over 20 years of education and experience to support women who want to reconnect with their bodies, find clarity and confidence, and live life feeling vibrant and balanced.
