
A native of Queens, NY, I was surrounded by the energy and diversity of a city that taught me the value of resilience and individuality.
From an early age, I felt drawn to helping others feel better in their bodies and live more fulfilling lives. That passion has guided both my career and the work I do today.
My journey began in healthcare and nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, where I supported individuals in improving their health through evidence-based strategies.
Over time, I realized that true well-being goes beyond nutrition alone. It’s about caring for you as a whole person, including your relationship with food, your body, your thoughts, and your daily habits. This realization led me to expand my work, blending the science of nutrition with mindfulness, sustainable lifestyle practices, and the mind-body connection.
Today, my work is centered on helping you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in yourself, and create a way of nourishing yourself that feels supportive, aligned, and sustainable, both physically and emotionally.
With over 20 years of education and experience, I can support you in navigating emotional eating, binge eating, disordered eating patterns, or a sense of disconnection from your body, while also supporting your overall health, including weight and blood sugar concerns, helping you move toward a more balanced, sustainable relationship with food.
